- Tung Po Kitchen is one of my favourite restaurants in Hong Kong. It is what you’d call a dai pai dong, a type of open-air food market in Hong Kong that’s similar to a hawker center in Singapore or Penang.
- It looks like an unremarkable car park from the outside, but go up to the second floor and you’ll find a market like atmosphere.
- It does good local food and has an awesome lively vibe. Order the razor clams.
